The day will examine various forms of social oppression (e.g. racism, sexism, xenophobia, queer-antagonism, anti-semitism, etc.) and how these cultural prejudices are exploited by the right wing to reinforce the fear narrative. Speakers will look at how we may develop a new narrative, create positive solutions and establish integrated, inclusive strategies for creating significant change in the Trump era.
