The Clearwater UU Humanist group was formed in Jan 2012. The Clearwater group is affiliated with the AHA. The emphasis of the group has been on the secular tine of the humanistic fork, but the religious (emotive) tine should be explored, also. The monthly programs have included a nobel laureate, the executive director of the AHA, and a former Methodist minister who was named Atheist of the year by the AAA.
